OUR STORY
Toto's Tacos was born from a deep love for the authentic street food culture of Ensenada, Baja California. Growing up in Ensenada, our founder experienced firsthand the magic of weekend taco stands - the sizzle of the grill, the aroma of perfectly seasoned meats, and the joy of gathering with friends and family over incredible food.
After moving to Phoenix, that craving for authentic Ensenada-style tacos never went away. We couldn't find anything that captured the bold flavors, the quality ingredients, and the vibrant atmosphere of those legendary Baja taco stands. So we decided to create it ourselves.
Every Friday and Saturday evening, we bring that same passion and authenticity to Phoenix. We use traditional recipes, source the freshest ingredients, and prepare everything with the care and attention that makes Ensenada's street food world-famous.
This isn't just about tacos - it's about sharing a piece of Baja California culture, creating community, and giving people a taste of something truly special.
